Kelly-Marie Murtha, a talented individual from a small town in Eastern Ontario, was first bitten by the acting bug while showcasing her singing and dancing skills in her high school's musical productions.
As she continued her education, Kelly-Marie pursued her passion for the performing arts, taking on the role of Hermia in a local theatre group's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream.
After relocating to Toronto, Kelly-Marie's impressive resume grew to include numerous award-winning films and a multitude of theatre credits, including the notable production of Sex, Relationships and Sometimes...Love, which premiered at the Poor Alex Theatre in Toronto and earned her the prestigious title of Best Female Performer.
Kelly-Marie's 2023 has been a whirlwind of creative endeavors, as she has successfully transitioned from in front of the camera to behind the lens, serving as director and producer on various projects, while also securing roles in upcoming web series, short films, and feature films.
In addition to her on-screen accomplishments, Kelly-Marie is an active member of the film community, holding the position of Associate Board Member at Raindance Canada and serving as a key member of We Make Movies Canada's social media team.
Kelly-Marie currently resides in Toronto with her loving husband and beautiful daughter, where she continues to pursue her passions and inspire others with her remarkable talent.
