Kellyn Lindsay was born in central New York, where her early life was marked by a profound fascination with acting, a passion that would eventually guide her journey. From the tender age of two, Kellyn demonstrated a natural inclination towards the performing arts, much to the surprise of her family, who were predominantly comprised of engineers. Her grandmothers, however, recognized the depth of Kellyn's desire to act, as one was a model and the other an equity actress, offering a unique understanding and encouragement.
As Kellyn grew older, her enthusiasm for acting only intensified, and by the time she was ten years old, her mother could no longer resist her constant pleas to audition for local roles. This led Kellyn to the local community theater, where she secured her first part, igniting a spark within her that would never be extinguished. With a newfound sense of purpose, Kellyn threw herself into numerous community theater projects, taking acting, singing, and dancing lessons to hone her craft.
Kellyn's academic pursuits were equally impressive, as she attended the esteemed College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, graduating in 2008 with honors, earning a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Neuroscience. Following her graduation, Kellyn made the bold decision to return to her first love, acting, dedicating herself to the craft for a few years to determine if her talent would ultimately prevail.
