Kenneisha's acting career began in 2003 as a radio personality, and since then, she has expanded her talents to include film, television, and theatre productions. Her impressive resume boasts a wide range of credits, including anime and video game characters, as well as collaborations with esteemed actors and directors such as Debbie Allen, Irma P. Hall, William H. Macy, Rooney Mara, Brittany Snow, and Academy-Award Winner Casey Affleck.
Her notable roles include voicing the character "Lady Aurelia Hammerlock" in the Borderlands series and serving as a National Spokesperson for Long John Silver's and Eyemart Express. In 2015, Kenneisha received the Broadwayworld.com's Best Supporting Actress award for her role as "Dussie Mae" in a regional theater production of Ma Rainey's Black Bottom.
Beyond her acting career, Kenneisha is passionate about arts and education. As a member of Actors' Equity Association, she has volunteered with the StateraArts Program for women and non-binary people in the arts. Kenneisha has also taught acting and fine arts camps for several non-profit organizations and ministries, including The Potter's House Dallas, led by Bishop T.D. Jakes.
In 2017, Kenneisha founded her own inspirational coaching company, Christ & The Craft, aimed at helping individuals discover and nurture their creative potential. With her coaching company, Kenneisha seeks to empower others to "find their light."
Born and raised in Arlington, Texas, Kenneisha earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Communications from The Scripps-Howard School of Journalism and Communications at Hampton University. When she's not working, Kenneisha enjoys relaxing with her loved ones, attending live theatre performances, and watching TEDx Talks.
