Keo was born and raised in the vibrant city of Honolulu, Hawaii, where he would later go on to make a name for himself in the world of theatre and music.
He has had the privilege of starring as the King of Siam in a revival of the classic musical, The King and I, at the prestigious London Palladium in London's West End. This was no small feat, as he took to the stage over 350 times, opposite the talented Elaine Paige and Josie Lawrence.
But his experience in the West End was just the beginning. Keo has also had the opportunity to shine in numerous productions in New York City and Los Angeles, including his own critically acclaimed and award-winning one-man shows.
In addition to his work on stage, Keo has also made a name for himself in the music industry. He was a songwriter and vocalist on the Grammy-nominated album "Island Warriors" in 2002. He was also a member of the vocal group Brownskin, which had the privilege of sharing the stage with notable artists such as Christina Aguilera, Ginuwine, and Mya.
But music and theatre are not the only areas where Keo has made his mark. He is also a trained hula dancer, and has studied under the guidance of the legendary Robert Cazimero. In fact, he is still actively involved in the study of traditional h,ula and continues to learn and grow as an artist.
In addition to his work in the arts, Keo is also the co-producer of the award-winning documentary, Na Kamalei: Men of Hula. This film is a testament to his dedication to preserving and celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Hawaii.
