Biography

Kevin Earley's professional career began at the tender age of 10, playing the role of Kurt in "The Sound of Music" at the Marriott Lincolnshire Theater in Chicago. Since then, he has performed on stages and in concert venues across the country, including the Hollywood Bowl, Carnegie Hall, the Pasadena Pops with Michael Feinstein, New York's Town Hall, Disney Hall, and the Kennedy Center, to name a few.

He has also had a successful Broadway career, with credits including "Thoroughly Modern Millie," "A Tale of Two Cities," and "Les Miserables." Off-Broadway, he appeared in "Death Takes a Holiday" for the Roundabout Theatre Company, earning a New York Drama Desk Nomination for his performance.

Regionally, Kevin has received numerous awards and nominations, including the Joseph Jefferson Award for his role in "Assassins" and a Jeff Award Nomination for "Pirates of Penzance." In Los Angeles, he won the L.A. Drama Critics' Circle Award for his performance in "1776" and received four Ovation Nominations for his work in "Can-Can," "Sleeping Beauty Wakes," "It Came From Beyond," and "Sideshow."

Kevin has also appeared in numerous productions in recent years, including "The Glass Menagerie" at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, "The Secret Garden" at the Cincinnati Playhouse and Baltimore Center Stage, and four brand new musicals: "Second Hand Lions" at 5th Avenue in Seattle, "Empire" at La Mirada Theatre, "Josephine" at Asolo Theatre, and "Chasing Rainbows" at Goodspeed Musicals.

His debut album "Earley Standards" is available on iTunes, and he has also appeared on the original cast recordings of Broadway's "A Tale of Two Cities," "Ten Commandments," and "Death Takes a Holiday." More information about Kevin can be found at kevinearley.com.

In addition to his work as a performer, Kevin has also ventured into directing, co-directing his wife Julie Ann Emery's solo show "The Wonder" at the United Solo Festival in New York. He has also directed "The Glass Menagerie" at the Fulton Theater and "The Fantastics" at the Webster Conservatory.

Kevin earned his BFA at the Webster Conservatory in St. Louis, where he met his wife Julie Ann Emery.
