Biography

Kevin Robert Kiley Jr. was born in Fairfax Station, Virginia, USA, to Kevin Kiley Sr., a sports reporter and commentator, and Lauren (née Riley),a former Miss Virginia, making him the oldest of two children with a younger brother named Kristopher. He attended Robinson Secondary School in Fairfax, VA, where he excelled in both football and basketball. His academic pursuits led him to Boston College, where he majored in Communications, and also played for the Boston College Eagles football team, initially as a quarterback before transitioning to a linebacker during the 2001 season. In addition to his collegiate football career, Kiley played for the Canadian Football League Montreal Alouettes.

Kiley's professional wrestling career spanned from 2007 to April 2016, during which he was primarily known as Alex Riley in the World Wrestling Entertainment. He was a participant in WWE NXT's second season and a former Tag Team Champion, having won the FCW Tag Team titles while in WWE's training territory of Florida Championship. After separating from WWE, Kiley did not remain inactive for long, as he made his screen debut as a film and television actor in 2017. He appeared in the boxing film drama Glass Jaw (2017) and also in Season 1 of the women professional wrestling series GLOW (2017).
