Biography

Khalil Morsy, a renowned Egyptian actor, took his first breath in the year 1946. He embarked on a unique academic journey, initially earning a bachelor's degree in agriculture, before pursuing a second degree in theatre. His thirst for knowledge didn't stop there, as he went on to acquire a doctoral degree, solidifying his intellectual foundation.

Morsy's professional journey took a dramatic turn when he became the head of the theatre department at October 6th University, a position he held until his passing. His impressive acting career spanned across various mediums, including theatre, cinema, and television, showcasing his remarkable versatility as an actor.

Throughout his illustrious career, Morsy took on a wide range of roles, effortlessly transitioning from heroic characters to those with more sinister undertones. Some of his most notable works include the film "El Embratour" (The Emperor),in which he co-starred with the legendary Ahmed Zaki, as well as the play "Laibet El Sit" (Lady's Game),skillfully directed by Mohamed Sobhy.
