Kristen Elizabeth's early life was marked by her birth and upbringing in Los Angeles, California, where her father, Bill, was a renowned film critic and her mother, Linda, was a dedicated teacher.
From a tender age, Kristen was drawn to the world of acting, a passion that would remain a constant presence throughout her life. Despite her father's initial reservations about her pursuing a career in the entertainment industry, Kristen was resolute in her decision to become a performer.
As a teenager and young adult, Kristen worked extensively in Hollywood, collaborating with some of the most respected names in the business, including Garry Marshall, Tim Conway, Henry Winkler, Dan Aykroyd, and many others. Her experience extended beyond acting, as she also explored the world of film and television production.

As a professional dancer, she was a preliminary guest judge on Fox's So You Think You Can Dance, and she went on to work as a choreographer and owner of multiple pole dance studios.

Today, Kristen is a highly respected and accomplished professional, working as a film intimacy professional, acting coach, dance instructor, and Intimacy Coordinator/Consultant/Choreographer for film and television in the Pacific Northwest. With over three decades of experience in the entertainment industry, Kristen has mentored students who have gone on to secure lead roles on Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, in major motion pictures, and on Broadway.
