In 1973, Larry joined the esteemed radio show 'Imus in the Morning', where he employed his quick wit and sharp tongue to lampoon prominent political figures and celebrated personalities, including the legendary Elvis Presley, the enigmatic Ross Perot, and the 37th President of the United States, Richard Nixon.
Larry's remarkable ascent to television stardom began in 1976 when he assumed the role of host on the popular New York-based program "Bowling for Dollars", a position he retained until 1979.
