Larry's life journey began in Chicago, where he developed a strong work ethic and perseverance in the Northwest suburbs. His early life laid the foundation for his future success. However, his entry into the acting world was unconventional, as he didn't start acting until later in life while running a night club.
Larry's first role was as the evil villain, DK, in a children's production of Tommy Tooth. The experience of being booed off stage by the kids was all the motivation he needed to pursue a career in acting. After gaining experience in local markets, his wife Cecilia encouraged him to take the leap and move to Los Angeles.
For two years, Larry commuted from Phoenix to Los Angeles, eventually making the move permanent and reuniting with his wife. This transition enabled him to land roles on numerous soap operas, a sitcom, and in two major films. During his time in LA, he also became involved in the independent film market, not only as an actor but also as a behind-the-scenes professional.
Larry's talents extended beyond acting, as he became a self-taught first assistant director and worked with the Make A Film Foundation to create films for critically ill children. He donated his time alongside big-name actors and directors, making children's dreams come true by bringing their scripts to life.
Today, Larry continues to pursue his acting dreams, still attending auditions and running his restaurant, the '49er Saloon, with his wife Cecilia. His impressive resume includes roles as an Executive Producer for the film Switch Up and FBI Agent Macintire, and he will be attending the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas, for the premiere of Switch Up.
Upcoming projects include his role as Chuck in the independent film 6 Days in Evergreen, and he continues to work on forthcoming projects, solidifying his position as a talented and dedicated actor in the industry.
