Larry Rubin

Larry Rubin, a stalwart and fearless advocate, made a profound impact as a SNCC organizer in the southern United States, specifically in the states of Georgia and Mississippi, where he devoted himself to providing indispensable assistance to African American communities, who, with unwavering determination, were battling against the oppressive forces of systemic racism and discrimination that sought to deny them their most basic and fundamental human right: the unobstructed and unimpeded ability to exercise their right to vote, a right that was being callously and systematically stripped from them by the entrenched and discriminatory policies of a society that continued to perpetuate and normalize racial inequality.
