She is a professional wrestler, dancer, and model currently signed to WWE, performing on the Raw brand under her ring name Carmella. Carmella boasts an impressive wrestling resume, having held the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship in the past.
Leah Van Dale's journey with WWE began in June 2013, when she signed a contract with the organization and was assigned to their developmental brand NXT in Orlando, Florida. During her time at NXT, she aligned herself with Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady, becoming their manager in October 2014.
Carmella made her main roster debut on SmackDown in July 2016, marking a significant milestone in her career. Her impressive performances and achievements continued to unfold, with a notable victory in the inaugural women's Money in the Bank ladder match in June 2017.
In April 2018, Carmella created history by becoming the first woman in WWE history to successfully cash-in her Money in the Bank opportunity, defeating Charlotte Flair to win the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship.
