Lee-Anne Summers is a multifaceted actress, recognized globally for her captivating performances on both local and international platforms.
Her acting journey commenced at the tender age of five when she was handpicked to star in a Walt Disney World television commercial. Throughout her high school years at St Andrew's school in Johannesburg, Lee-Anne honed her acting skills by studying Drama and participating in various productions, including Oliver, The Crucible, The Frog Prince, and The Hitchhiker.
In addition to her acting pursuits, Lee-Anne was an accomplished dancer, having performed on stage for the Free Flight Dance Company. However, her dance career was cut short due to a back injury sustained during training for the school diving team, mirroring the experiences of fellow South African actress Charlize Theron.
Before embarking on a full-time acting career, Lee-Anne pursued a degree in psychology at the University of Cape Town. She subsequently relocated to New York, where she enrolled in the New York Film Academy to hone her acting skills.
