Lenn Kudrjawizki's family relocated with him as a child from Leningrad, USSR, to East Berlin, marking the beginning of his life's journey. At the tender age of four, Lenn showcased his talent on stage with the Leningrad State Ballet, foreshadowing his future in the world of performing arts.
As he grew older, Lenn's fascination with the violin only intensified. His father's discovery of a violin in the attic of their family home sparked a lifelong passion for the instrument. Lenn's dedication to mastering the violin led him to attend a secondary school for music in Berlin, where he honed his skills in acting, voice, and violin.
Later, Lenn refined his violin skills in Dresden, graduating with a Master of Arts in Music in 2003. His early television debut came in 1994, with the role of Wladimir in the film Katrin and Wladimir. He went on to appear in notable films, including Duel - Enemy at the Gates, Kiki & Tiger, and Abschnitt 40, a highly acclaimed RTL series, from 2001 to 2006.
Lenn's extensive filmography includes over 50 TV and feature film productions, such as Pope Joan, The Counterfeiters, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, and The Transporter Refueled. He has also reprised his role as a detective in the Kroatien Krimi for ARD, German national television, since 2016.
In addition to his acting career, Lenn has ventured into filmmaking. He made his directorial debut in 2007 with the short film Today Is My Day, followed by Thank You Mr. President in 2009, which received international acclaim and won the Murnaupreis award.
In 2014, Lenn created his third short film, Business As Usual - The Prophet, which premiered on board and earned him the Amnesty International Human Rights Award. He has also founded the world's first sustainable orchestra, The Berlin Show Orchestra, through his company Legrain Productions, with a focus on reducing CO2 emissions.
