Lennox Brown, professionally known as Lennox B, was born in Port Antonio, Jamaica, to Lenox Brown Sr. and Elaine Duncan. Growing up in Kingston, he attended Rollington Town Primary School, followed by Vauxhall Secondary and Camperdown High School.
After graduating, Lennox pursued a career in the entertainment industry, initially working as a DJ and stage manager for Carnival Cruise Lines. He assisted Bill Panoff, a Cruise Director, as a stage manager, lighting, and sound technician for the Copacabana room on every show night.
Intrigued by the various acts and performances, Lennox began to secretly sing with a calypso band. He was advised by Bill Panoff to pursue his dreams in Hollywood, California, if he wanted to make it big in TV, films, or on stage.
Taking Bill's advice, Lennox took a trip to Los Angeles while on vacation and discovered that the city was indeed the hub of the entertainment industry. He enrolled in workshops and acting classes, and upon his return to Los Angeles, he started working as a background artist in the film "For The Boys."
Lennox's breakthrough came when he landed principal roles in various films and TV shows. He also ventured into the music department, emerging as a singer-songwriter with music featured in films and TV.
His ultimate goal is to win an Oscar and Grammy for his music, as well as secure major roles in film and TV. Lennox has already made significant progress, starring in the short film "Road To Zion," which premiered at the 2019 film festivals, and releasing his debut reggae album, "Love Vibrations," featuring the hit single "You And I."
In addition to his music career, Lennox works as a stand-in for notable actors such as Damson Idris, Don Cheadle, and Wesley Snipes. He is currently developing his own scripts and TV projects, aiming to pitch them to studios and networks.
Lennox's previous web show, which he hosted, ran for six episodes and is set to be revamped under a new name. Fans can stay tuned for more updates from Lennox Brown Talent.
