Leslie's performing career began at the tender age of ten, when she took on the title role in the LA Chamber Ballet's adaptation of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's beloved classic, "The Little Prince". For the next five years, she continued to captivate audiences as she played the role in numerous local theaters and regional tours, honing her craft and building a reputation as a talented young performer.
At the age of twelve, Leslie made her television debut, playing the role of Lee Remick's daughter in the critically acclaimed drama, "Nutcracker: Money, Madness & Murder" (1987),directed by the esteemed Paul Bogart. This early success was followed by a string of guest appearances on popular television series, as well as a recurring role on an NBC pilot.
In 1991, Leslie made her feature film debut in the New Line Cinema production, "Big Girls Don't Cry... They Get Even", directed by the acclaimed Joan Micklin Silver. She then went on to star as a series regular on the Fox series, "Charlie Hoover" (1991),alongside Tim Matheson and the late Sam Kinison.
After completing her undergraduate degree in English from Columbia University, Leslie continued her studies at The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre, Stella Adler Conservatory, and with the renowned Diana Cartier at American Ballet Theatre. Her extensive training has equipped her with a strong foundation in the performing arts, preparing her for a successful and fulfilling career in the entertainment industry.
