Lindsay is a multifaceted professional with a diverse range of talents and accomplishments. She is a seasoned actor, improviser, director, keynote speaker, facilitator, and trainer, with a rich background in the entertainment industry.
With a strong foundation in acting, Lindsay has honed her skills at The National Theatre School of Canada and Studio 58, Langara College. Her extensive experience has led to numerous roles on stage and screen, including films such as Christmas Inheritance, Ginger Snaps, Tommy Boy, The Prizewinner of Defiance Ohio, Great Great Great, Three to Tango, The Wrong Guy, Brain Candy, and Mr. Headmistress, as well as TV shows like Bomb Girls, American Gothic, Carter, and Entertaining Christmas.
In addition to her acting career, Lindsay has also developed a successful business as a PitchCraft Presentation Coaching and Training expert, drawing upon her experience as an actor, improviser, and professional speaker. She and her partner Lee Smart co-deliver keynote sessions and workshops in Applied Improvisation, which explores the application of improvisation skills in the workplace and everyday life.
Furthermore, Lindsay is the co-founder of SmartLeese Creative Inc, a company that provides creative services, including writing and performing, for corporate events. She has also founded The Tim Sims Encouragement Fund, a charitable organization administered by the Ontario Arts Foundation, which has been supporting emerging comedic performers with an annual cash prize since 1996.
