Lindsey Hancock Williamson, a film school alumna from Nashville, Tennessee, embarked on a six-year journey in New York, producing a plethora of Film and TV projects, including the popular reality television shows Project Runway, Inkmaster, and Black Ink Crew.
Subsequently, she co-founded her production company, Suburban Tallyho, with her husband Sam, and together they have successfully produced a diverse range of documentary features, digital programming, and narrative features.
Notably, American Animals, a documentary feature, made its world premiere at the prestigious Sundance Film Festival in 2018, garnering widespread recognition and acclaim.
In 2019, Obscene Beauty, another documentary feature, premiered at the Coney Island Film Festival, solidifying Lindsey's reputation as a talented and accomplished film producer.
Furthermore, Lindsey showcased her versatility as a writer and director by creating a short film, Turncoats, for Lionsgate as part of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight: Storytellers project.
The film, along with other women-directed shorts, premiered to great fanfare and received a Women In Film Crystal award, as well as being shortlisted for a Cannes Lions Award for Excellence in Branded Content & Visual Storytelling, cementing Lindsey's status as a trailblazing filmmaker.
