Lorenzo Pierson was born in Saginaw, Michigan, and grew up in a single-parent household. This challenging upbringing inspired him to begin writing, using his life experiences as the foundation for his short stories. He has since established a successful career as an author and playwright.
Today, Lorenzo Pierson is a prominent figure in the entertainment industry, known for producing blockbuster hits. Pierson has received numerous awards from the State of Michigan and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a minor in Political Science from Delta College and Saginaw Valley State University.
Pierson is set to release his first feature film, "Trapped By Deception," in 2020, and is currently in production on his second film, "The Pastor's Revenge." He has been writing since the age of 7 and has authored 17 novels, including "Standing Strong In The Midst of the Storm," "Black Is Not My Favorite Color," and "When Is Daddy Coming Home."
In addition to his work as an author, Pierson has also ventured into playwriting and directing. His stage play, "Love Don't Live Here Anymore," was a sold-out production that received 5-Star reviews. He has since written, produced, and directed eight stage plays, including "Dangerously In Love," "A Sister's Betrayal," "The Dope House," and "Big Momma's House."
Pierson's films often take place in the State of Michigan and feature African-American themes, as well as a cast of new talent. His upcoming films include "T R A P P E D B Y D E C E P T I O N," which is scheduled for release in 2020, along with three other full-featured films.
