Lou Ferrigno Jr. is a multifaceted American actor who has made a significant impact in both dramatic and comedic roles throughout his career. Initially, he started out as a fitness model, but soon transitioned to a career in entertainment, landing roles in commercials, television, and films.
Ferrigno Jr.'s most notable works include his appearances in S.W.A.T. (2019),9-1-1 (2018),How I Met Your Mother (2013),and Outer Banks (2023). He has also had the opportunity to work on several national commercials for prominent brands such as Subway, Dr. Pepper, Comcast, Carl's Jr., Mopar, Honda, Oscar Mayer, Miller Light, FIAT, Home Depot, and Navy Federal Credit Union, among others.
Prior to his acting career, Ferrigno Jr. studied at The Annenberg School for Communication (USC),where he earned his degree. He then went on to study improvisational comedy at some of the top comedy schools in Los Angeles, including Improv Olympic (iO),Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB),and the West Side Comedy Theatre (WCT).
As the eldest son of actor and bodybuilder Lou Ferrigno, Lou Ferrigno Jr. was exposed to the world of acting at a young age. He spent much of his youth accompanying his parents to film and television sets around the globe, which ultimately sparked his passion for the craft.
Ferrigno Jr.'s first major dramatic role was on the long-running daytime soap opera Days of Our Lives (2012). He then went on to secure recurring roles on hit television programs such as How I Met Your Mother (2013) and Teen Wolf (2014).
