Lucio Nieto, a multifaceted artist with a rich background in theater, has spent the past 20 years honing his craft, initially making a name for himself on the stage in Dallas, Texas.
Nieto's educational journey took him to The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, where he completed both Theater and TV/Film programs, producing and directing three stage plays before graduating.
During his time at the conservatory, Lucio received support from the late CEO, Joan See, and current President, Richard Omar, a testament to his talent and dedication.
Nieto's work on Hickernell's 'Foreign Lovers' gained widespread recognition and acclaim, with screenings at festivals in Berlin, Toronto, Mumbai, and on both coasts of the United States.
The talented actor has recently been nominated for Best Supporting Actor in the upcoming film 'GOLD', written and directed by Luca Pizzoleo.
Beyond his work in front of the camera, Lucio co-founded The Blockheads Theater Collective in NYC, serving as its Artistic Director, and has also ventured into podcasting with his own show, Light Talk With Lucio, available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Google Podcasts.
