Marc, a renowned national headliner, has been a staple in the comedy club scene for years, performing at top-notch venues such as The Comic Strip, Gotham Comedy Club, and the world-famous Comedy Store in Los Angeles. With a long list of television credits, including Comedy Central, NBC's "Friday Night Videos," and a guest appearance on the hit sitcom "Friends," Marc has made a name for himself in the entertainment industry.
In addition to his stand-up comedy, Marc is a talented theatrical actor, having shared the stage with acclaimed actors such as John Hawkes, Paul Dooley, Jamie Denton, Billy Gardell, Annabella Fields, and Frank Whaley. His theatre credits include Cowboy Mouth, directed by Jennifer Morrison, and a staged reading of "Den of Thieves," directed by award-winning playwright Stephen Adly Guirgis, among many other productions in Chicago, Los Angeles, NYC, and Baltimore.
Marc has also written and directed several projects, including two optioned screenplays, "Adam's Rock" and "Go With the Dog," as well as a short film he co-wrote, directed, and starred in, titled "The Filchaks Take a Gamble." This quirky, dark comedy has been featured at several film festivals, including the Sarasota Film Festival and Cinequest. Most recently, his episodic series "Thespian," written and directed by Marc, has landed on Amazon and Amazon Prime.
Marc's latest one-man play, "Drinking Up the Pieces," premiered at Theatre Project in Baltimore and explores his nearly two-year struggle with major depression and his nightly visits to a local dive bar. Directed by Rain Pryor, daughter of the legendary comedian Richard Pryor, the serio-comedic piece has received critical acclaim and plans for an extended run in New York City and showcasing at festivals around the world.
