Marcus Harris, a talented individual, was born on April 19th, 1964, in Isleworth, to David and Kim Harris. He was soon joined by his brother Aaron, and as the years went by, the two brothers began to take different paths. While Marcus developed a passion for performing, Aaron did not share the same enthusiasm. Marcus's talent for acting led him to win numerous festivals, whereas Aaron struggled to find his footing in the same field.
At the tender age of 13, Marcus made his television debut, landing the role of Julian in ITV's adaptation of Enid Blyton's Famous Five. He had the privilege of working alongside renowned actors such as Rupert Graves and Brian Blessed. After two years of filming, Marcus decided to retire from acting, focusing on building and selling a business. However, he didn't forget his passion for acting, and at the age of 45, he returned to the spotlight by filming a biopic about Philip Pullman.
Since then, Marcus's career has continued to flourish, with a two-week stint in the West End, an internet drama called Darton Academy, a German feature film, various advertisements, and another biopic, this time about Ernest Hemingway. Throughout his career, Marcus has remained open to new opportunities, consistently working towards his goal of climbing the star meter year by year.
In addition to his acting career, Marcus is also a dedicated Councillor and was once the Deputy Mayor of his hometown, Wallingford. He is in a long-term relationship with his partner, Lucy, and they plan to tie the knot in the autumn of 2012.
