Margarita Levieva is a renowned American actress, born in Leningrad, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, which is now known as Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation. At the tender age of three, she embarked on a rigorous training program as a competitive rhythmic gymnast, a discipline she would dedicate herself to for the next 13 years, achieving numerous victories in Russia and subsequently competing in the United States after relocating.
As her career in gymnastics continued to flourish, Levieva's life underwent a significant transformation when she was just 11 years old. Her mother made the decision to relocate her and her twin brother to Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn in New York City, a move that would have a profound impact on her future. She attended high school in Secaucus, New Jersey, before pursuing higher education at New York University (NYU),where she majored in economics.
