Mario Pagano, a Venezuelan filmmaker, embarked on his storytelling journey at the tender age of 15, utilizing a video 8 camera gifted by his parents. As a professional storyteller, he leveraged a photo camera to convey narratives through fashion editorials, initially working as a photographer before pursuing film studies in New York.
Subsequently, he relocated to Madrid, where he produced seven short films prior to premiering his debut feature film, "Backseat Fighter." Throughout his career, Mario has demonstrated his versatility by working in various mediums, including film, television, music videos, and advertising, showcasing his exceptional talents as a director, writer, producer, cinematographer, and composer.
Mario has garnered recognition for his outstanding work in short films, feature films, and photographic endeavors at numerous prestigious festivals worldwide. His distinctive vision, informed by his multicultural experiences as a Latin American residing in Europe for half of his life, has given rise to an imaginative and distinct aesthetic, which is prominently featured in his latest two films, "New Earth" and "Eternal Love."
