Born in Romania, Marius would eventually make the move to Italy, where he would attend the prestigious National Drama School "Silvio D'Amico" in Rome, graduating in 2008. During his academic years, he had the privilege of working with esteemed directors from Europe and Russia, including Wyn Jones from the Guildhall in London, Gabor Stefan from the National Drama School of Budapest, and Vladimir Olshansky from the National Theater of St. Petersburg.
Following his graduation, Marius began his acting career, touring Italy with classical Shakespearean plays and collaborating with some of the most acclaimed directors in the industry, including Luca Ronconi, Armando Pugliese, and Emma Dante. Since 2010, he has successfully divided his time between theatre, television, and cinema, featuring in films directed by notable figures such as Paul Haggis, John Cassar, David Hansen, Ricky Tognazzi, and Jan Michelini.
In 2016, Marius took part in the ambitious project "We are here" staged by the National Theater in London, directed by the acclaimed Rufus Norris.
