Mary Kay Bergman

Mary Kay Bergman, a voiceover star of the 1990s, was a renowned talent whose iconic voice was widely recognized across the globe. Although she was a prominent figure in the voiceover industry, her most notable achievement was her work on Trey Parker and Matt Stone's groundbreaking adult animated television series, South Park, which premiered in 1997. Bergman's impressive vocal range and versatility enabled her to voice nearly all of the female characters on the show, including Sharon Marsh, Shelly Marsh, Sheila Brofloski, Wendy Testaberger, and Carol McCormick, among thousands of others. Her contributions to South Park played a significant role in the show's rapid rise to fame in the late 1990s. Tragically, Bergman's life was cut short when she succumbed to a gunshot suicide on Veteran's Day in 1999, leaving behind a lasting legacy in the world of voice acting.
