Masahiro Motoki, a renowned Japanese actor, took his first breath on December 21, 1965, in the picturesque town of Okegawa, situated in the Saitama prefecture of Japan.
This talented thespian has made a lasting impact on the film industry, with his most notable roles including the critically acclaimed drama "Departures" (2008),the historical drama "Chûgoku no chôjin" (1998),and the comedy-drama "Sumo Do, Sumo Don't" (1992).
Outside of his illustrious acting career, Motoki has been blessed with a loving family life. He has been married to the lovely Yayako Uchida since July 1995, and together they have three beautiful children.
