Nicolas Boisselier, a young and talented individual from Vendée, discovered his passion for the cinema at the tender age of 9. Following an audition where nearly 800 children showcased their talents, the renowned director Laurent Tirard made the exceptional choice of selecting the young actor to succeed Maxime Godart in the iconic role of Nicolas, within the second installment of the adventures of the imaginative prankster created by Sempé and Goscinny. The film, released in theaters in 2014, takes place in a setting that holds great significance for the young actor - the picturesque Vendée coastline.
