Matthew is a multifaceted producer and co-owner/founder of the production company Capture, with a diverse range of credits to his name. He has worked on numerous feature films, including the critically acclaimed Greed, directed by Michael Winterbottom, as well as Days of The Bagnold Summer, directed by Simon Bird, and Muscle, directed by Gerard Johnson.
Matthew has also produced and executive produced a wide variety of films, such as The Power, directed by Corina Faith, Amulet, directed by Romala Garai, and the upcoming Daddy's Head, directed by Benjamin Barefoot, which is set to be released in 2024 on Shudder. Additionally, he served as executive producer on the Netflix UK No.1 movie T.I.M, directed by Spencer Brown, starring Georgina Campbell.
In addition to his work in feature films, Matthew has also ventured into documentary production, directing and producing The Man from Mo'Wax, which premiered at SxSW and went on to play at over 40 international film festivals, including IDFA, Melbourne IFF, and the BFI London Film Festival. The soundtrack was released through Universal Music, with distribution from the BFI and Trafalgar.
Matthew has also produced several award-winning live-action shorts, including Killing Thyme, which won the audience award at the Austin film festival and starred Brian Cox from Succession.
Furthermore, through Capture's commercial division, Matthew has produced and directed commercial content for a wide range of clients, including Sky TV, Samsung, Only Natural Diamonds, What3Words, Robbie Williams, Rita Ora, Nike, Jamersons, BBC, Stella McCartney, Ogilvy, Netflix, Riot Games, and many more.
