Born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati, Ohio, Matt's journey began at the tender age of ten, when he discovered a profound passion for BMX bicycle racing. As he continued to hone his skills, he rapidly ascended the ranks, eventually turning professional at the age of twenty.
Throughout his illustrious career, Matt has amassed an impressive array of accolades, including numerous national and world titles. Even in his advanced years, he still competes at the highest level, proudly representing his country in the Masters Professional division.
However, as the demands of professional athletics began to take a toll on his mental well-being, Matt sought an alternative outlet to channel his energies. Acting, a creative outlet he had always been drawn to, quickly became his new passion.
