Melissa Ellen Collazo, a multilingual talent born in Orlando, Florida to Puerto Rican parents, boasts fluency in both English and Spanish. At the tender age of eight, she embarked on an entertainment journey, hosting an entertainment segment as a "kid reporter" for the Spanish language Telemundo Network. Her segment, broadcast throughout Central Florida for several years, showcased her early passion for the industry.
As she grew older, Melissa made her film debut in Brian Herzlinger's indie film 'Lena and Snowball', taking on the lead role of Lena. She later recurred in the DCEU TV Series 'Swamp Thing', playing the teenage version of Crystal Reed's character 'Abby Arcane'.
In 2020, Melissa co-starred in the well-reviewed slasher comedy film Freaky (2020),directed by Christopher Landon (Happy Death Day) for Blumhouse & Universal, where she portrayed the character "Ryler", a mean-spirited individual. She has also been cast as Maeve Rojas, the younger sister of Brownyn, in the Peacock TV adaptation of Karen M. McManus best-selling novel "One Of Us Is Lying".
