As they grew older, Melissa's passion for performance led them to pursue a career in the arts. They began as an opera singer, later transitioning to Broadway and Jazz singing. However, they decided to take a different path and leveraged their skills in a new industry, working as an IT Product Manager and Data Scientist in Healthcare Technology.
After gaining valuable experience in the tech sector, Melissa returned to their first love, voice acting. They have since lent their talents to a wide range of projects, including video games, animation, commercials, trailers, promos, and TV shows, all while working in both English and Spanish.
In 2024, Melissa co-founded Scary Good Studio, a company that provides comprehensive audio production services for games and animation. Based in Minnesota, they continue to work on a variety of projects, solidifying their reputation as a talented and versatile Voice Actor.
