Noted filmmaker Michael has had a prolific career since editing the acclaimed 2011 documentary "Forks Over Knives", which garnered widespread recognition and acclaim. Since then, he has been involved in the production of numerous sports and health-related documentaries, as well as television programming for prominent networks such as the NFL Network, E!, and the Travel Channel.
Michael's journey with Westside Barbell began in 1999, when he first visited the renowned gym. He utilized Westside methods for several years, from 1999 to 2005, during which time he trained for football and track. Fast-forward to 2014, when Michael embarked on a new project, and he has since made significant gains in his strength training, achieving impressive lifts in the gym.
Specifically, Michael has recorded a squat of 642 pounds, a bench press of 385 pounds, and a deadlift of 565 pounds, all of which are notable accomplishments that demonstrate his dedication to his craft and his commitment to pushing his limits in the weightlifting arena.
