Michael's life story began in Loogootee, Indiana, where he took his first breath in 1956. His family's nomadic nature led them to relocate multiple times, ultimately settling in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As he pursued his academic endeavors at the University of Wisconsin, Michael's talent and dedication earned him his first Equity job with the prestigious Milwaukee Repertory Theatre.
The allure of the Big Apple drew Michael to New York, where he spent several years honing his craft in regional theatre productions across the country. His Off-Broadway credits include standout performances in shows like Cobb, where he portrayed the iconic Ty Cobb, and David Rabe's Streamers at the Roundabout Theatre.
Michael's impressive resume also boasts an impressive list of collaborations with renowned directors, including David Auborn, Ben Younger, Ridley Scott, and Errol Morris. His work in film and television has allowed him to travel extensively, visiting over 40 countries beyond the United States.
Today, Michael splits his time between New York and Salta, Argentina, where he continues to explore his creative passions. In addition to his acting pursuits, Michael has recently completed his debut novel, The Blue Pill, a testament to his versatility and artistic range.
