Minka's journey began after graduating from college in Seoul, South Korea, where she later participated in a tennis doubles event in the Asian Olympics held in Chicago in 1993, alongside her partner, and remarkably, they secured first place.
Despite her initial goal of acquiring a tennis teaching license being hindered by the language barrier, Minka's determination led her to send a portfolio of images to British adult glamour director/photographer John Graham, who was working with Score magazine at the time. Graham's referral to Universal Entertainment, an adult talent agency, marked the beginning of Minka's foray into the adult entertainment industry.
In 1995, Minka started appearing in various adult-themed men's magazines, including Hustler's Busty Beauties, Score, and Gent, showcasing her impressive assets.
