Mo Gallini was born in Miami, Florida, where his multicultural upbringing allowed him to gain exposure to life beyond the United States at a young age. His father, hailing from Beirut, Lebanon, and his mother, of Cuban descent, instilled in him a unique perspective shaped by his mixed ethnicity.
Following a serendipitous encounter with director David Anspaugh, who offered him a role in the football-themed film "Rudy", Mo's passion for acting was reignited. This experience marked the beginning of a fulfilling career, as he went on to collaborate with renowned actors and directors.
Throughout his career, Mo has had the privilege of sharing the screen with esteemed actors such as Denzel Washington and Gene Hackman in "Crimson Tide", James Caan in the HBO original series "Poodle Springs", and James Garner in the CBS series "The Rockford Files". He has also worked alongside the legendary Rod Steiger, Gabriel Byrne, and Arnold Schwarzenegger in "End of Days". Additionally, Mo had the opportunity to work with David Lynch on the ABC pilot that later became "Mulholland Drive" and starred in the Universal Pictures film "2 Fast 2 Furious" directed by John Singleton.
