Marnò was born in Los Angeles and spent her early years at Phillips Academy, a prestigious boarding school located in Andover, Massachusetts. Following her secondary education, she pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature at Barnard College, Columbia University. Her academic endeavors continued at the Yale School of Drama, where she earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Acting.
Throughout her career, Marnò has received extensive training at renowned institutions, including the Guthrie Theater in Minnesota and the Public Theater's Shakespeare Lab in New York. Her versatility as a performer has been showcased in various productions, including the one-woman show "Nine Parts of Desire," which garnered rave reviews for her portrayal of nine distinct Middle Eastern women. This critically acclaimed performance was staged at the Berkeley Repertory Theatre and the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles.
Marnò's life has been marked by her experiences living in various countries, including France, Germany, Sweden, and Argentina. As a result, she is fluent in multiple languages, including English, French, German, Farsi, and Spanish. In addition to her acting career, Marnò is also a playwright, and her debut play, "When the Lights Went Out," premiered at New York Stage & Film. The production starred Laura Innes and was directed by Kate Whoriskey.
