Mykayla Sohn began her acting career at the tender age of five, initially appearing in several regional and national commercials, as well as various shorts, independent films, pilots, and TV projects. Among her early projects, she had the opportunity to work alongside notable actors such as Seth Green in HALFWAY TO HALLOWEEN and Ashley Tisdale in a parody of TODDLERS & TIARAS.
In 2012, Mykayla received a nomination for best supporting actress in the short film LAST SHOT at the 168 Film Festival, marking a significant milestone in her burgeoning career. She then went on to secure a role in an independent feature film titled LISTENING, followed by a made-for-TV movie for Lifetime called LOVE AT THE CHRISTMAS TABLE, where she had the pleasure of working alongside actress Lea Thompson and playing actress Danica McKellar's goddaughter.
In the summer of 2012, Mykayla landed a recurring role in the new TV comedy series GUYS WITH KIDS on NBC, where she portrayed Violet, the daughter of actress Jamie Lynn Sigler and actor Zach Cregger. Industry professionals who have worked with her have praised Mykayla as a natural and very professional young actress.
Mykayla's subsequent projects include a recurring role on the TV series Hawaii Five-0, where she played a kidnapped young girl, as well as an episode of Anger Management.
