Biography

Naomi McDougall Jones is a multifaceted creative professional who has made a significant impact in the film industry as an award-winning writer, actress, producer, and women in film activist based in New York City.

Currently, she is in the final stages of post-production on her second feature film, "Bite Me", which she wrote and starred in alongside an impressive cast including Christian Coulson, Annie Golden, and Naomi Grossman. This project marks a significant milestone in her career, as she has also written and produced the film, working alongside renowned producers Jack Lechner and Sarah Wharton.

Naomi's first feature film, "Imagine I'm Beautiful", was a groundbreaking success, earning 12 awards and receiving a theatrical release. The film is now available on various digital platforms, including iTunes, Amazon, and GooglePlay.

In addition to her work in film, Naomi has made significant strides in television, with her pilot script "The Dark Pieces" being developed for television in Canada. This project was recognized as one of the top 16 unproduced pilots by a female screenwriter by The 2016 WriteHer List.
