Natalie Bassingthwaighte is a multifaceted Australian entertainer who has achieved remarkable success in various fields, including acting, music, presenting, and authoring.
As a musician, Natalie released her debut solo album "1000 Stars" in 2009, which topped the Australian charts and made her the first Australian artist to have two simultaneous singles in the iTunes Top Ten.
Prior to her solo career, Natalie was the lead vocalist of the band The Rogue Traders, which achieved multi-platinum sales, several APRA wins, an MTV award, and seven ARIA award nominations. Her album "1000 Stars" won the No. 1 Aria and she co-hosted the 2010 Aria Awards in Sydney.
Natalie has also made a name for herself as a presenter, hosting Network Ten's Logie award-winning show "So You Think You Can Dance Australia" for three series and receiving personal nominations for best presenter in 2009 and 2010.
On the small screen, Natalie is best known for her portrayal of the iconic character Izzy Hoyland in the Australian television series "Neighbours" (2003-2007) and her recent appearance in the third installment of the successful series "Underbelly: The Golden Mile" on the Nine Network, which recorded the highest rating TV debut of the year.
