Natassia Linn Malthe is a talented Norwegian model and actress, born in Oslo, Norway, to a mother from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and of half Norwegian/Chinese descent. She is the middle of two sisters and has an older brother, whom she only recently discovered she had. Malthe's early life was marked by her passion for dance, which she studied at the Goh Ballet Academy, The Royal Winnipeg Ballet, and The Norwegian Opera House, The Oslo National academy of the Arts. She later moved to London, England to study musical theater and eventually made her way to Los Angeles, where she landed her first television role.
Malthe's acting career has been quite diverse, with notable roles in video game movies such as DOA and Bloodrayne, as well as playing the Marvel Comic book character Typhoid Mary in Elektra alongside Jennifer Garner and Will Yun Lee. In 2009, she starred as an elf bounty-hunter and sorceress-in-training in the Sci Fi Channel miniseries Knights of Bloodsteel, and opposite Jason Statham and Ryan Philippe in the movie "Chaos".
In addition to her acting career, Malthe has also worked as a fashion model, appearing in Maxim and Toro Women, and was the face of LG electronics. She starred in a 100 million dollar budget campaign called "Scarlet" with Emmy award-winning director David Nutter, known for his work on Band of Brothers and Games of Thrones. Malthe is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Film and TV School, with plans to study at AFI after her graduation in 2024.
