Nathan Quinn's life took a remarkable turn on March 26th, 1971, in Michigan, where his journey in the world of cinema began. At the tender age of six, he watched Star Wars for the first time in a theatre, marking the birth of a lifelong passion. Growing up, Nathan resided with his grandmother for his first nine years before moving in with his father and third wife in the capital area of Michigan.
Three years into this new chapter, Nathan and his father found themselves on their own, as his father's third marriage had failed. On the same day the Challenger exploded, Nathan's father purchased him his first Maganox VHSC camcorder in 1986. This event marked the beginning of Nathan's extensive collection of footage and filmmaking endeavors, which spanned from a high school Dungeons and Dragons parody satire to the present day with his current company, Iron Core Media.
Iron Core Media stands out as a unique entertainment outlet, emerging at the same time as the "Webisode" phenomenon. Quinn's approach combines the traditional elements of feature film production with the innovative spirit of new media, exemplifying his mantra of blending "old skool" with "new skool".
