In the subsequent year, Yeo continued his academic pursuits by enrolling in the esteemed BiFan Fantastic Film School in 2015, a prestigious institution that provided him with a unique chance to engage in a dynamic learning environment alongside fellow enthusiasts of the fantastic film genre.
In the year 2018, Yeo's unwavering commitment to his artistic pursuits was formally acknowledged through an invitation to participate in the prestigious Locarno Filmmakers Academy, a highly selective program designed to nurture and support the growth of visionary and innovative filmmakers, thereby providing a platform for them to hone their craft and bring their unique perspectives to the forefront of the cinematic world.
Yeo is diligently laboring away on the development of his inaugural feature-length film, a project that has already garnered substantial acclaim and recognition within the industry. Prior to this, in the year 2017, his creative endeavor was selected to participate in the prestigious Singapore International Film Festival (SGIFF) Southeast Asian Film Lab, a prominent platform that serves as a launching pad for aspiring filmmakers to unveil their artistic vision and receive constructive criticism from seasoned industry professionals, thereby providing a unique opportunity for growth and refinement.
