Nia's academic background in film studies comprises a comprehensive education at Ryerson University, as well as a robust foundation at the Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD).
In addition to her formal education, Nia has also undergone extensive acting training at the esteemed Actor's Foundry in Vancouver, where she honed her skills under the guidance of experienced instructors. Furthermore, she has also had the privilege of studying at Biz Studios, a renowned institution that has produced a multitude of talented performers.
Nia's acting education has also been enriched by her association with the celebrated acting coach, Dolores Drake. Under her mentorship, Nia has had the opportunity to refine her craft and develop a deeper understanding of the art of acting.
In her formative years, Nia was actively involved with the Bard's Young Shakespeareans, a prestigious program that provides aspiring actors with the chance to perform in a range of classic and contemporary plays. During her time with the Bard's Young Shakespeareans, Nia had the opportunity to showcase her talent in productions such as The Winter's Tale, among others, thereby gaining valuable experience and further refining her craft.
Through her diverse range of academic and acting experiences, Nia has developed a comprehensive understanding of the performing arts, and has equipped herself with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in her chosen field.
