Biography

Nicholas Gunn began his acting career in 2005 with a debut appearance on the long-running Australian television soap opera 'Neighbours'. He has since appeared in various other television shows, including 'Satisfaction', 'Carla Cametti PD', and 'Offspring', working alongside talented Australian actors such as Brooke Satchwell, Asher Keddie, and Kat Stewart.

Prior to his television career, Nicholas underwent extensive training with renowned acting coaches Richard Sarell and Bruce Alexander. In 2009, Nicholas was cast as one of the lead actors in the groundbreaking Australian feature film 'The Dream Children'. This film tells the story of Alex Thomson (played by Nicholas Gunn) and Steven Evans (Graeme Squires),a same-sex couple who desire to start a family. The film premiered at the Melbourne Queer Festival in March 2015 to a sell-out crowd and received exceptional reception, prompting a second screening at the festival. The film was later screened in Europe and the United States in 2015.

Recently, Nicholas has taken on a leading role in the Australian feature film 'Lemon Tree Passage', starring alongside Jess Tovey, Tim Pocock, and Andy Ryan.
