In 1995, Canteloup made his television debut as an impressionist on the popular show Les Guignols de l'info, broadcast on Canal +. This marked the beginning of his foray into the world of entertainment.

Fast-forward to 2005, Canteloup participated in the Sunday afternoon program Vivement dimanche prochain, hosted by Michel Drucker, on France 2. Initially, he appeared regularly, but since September 2007, he has taken on a reduced schedule, alternating with humorist Anne Roumanoff every other week.
