Following her graduation, Battiste embarked on a career in journalism, starting as an NBC News Page, where she gained valuable experience working behind the scenes on popular programs such as "Saturday Night Live" and "Today." Her dedication and hard work eventually led to a promotion to production associate at "Today," further honing her skills in the fast-paced world of television news.
