Nikki Tomlinson is an American actress, stuntwoman, and business owner, hailing from Colorado where she majored in musical theater at the University of Northern Colorado. As of 2017, she resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where she is actively engaged in acting and stunting in film and television.
Best known for her role as Annie Nolan, Boots' widow and mother-to-be, in NBC's drama series Game of Silence, alongside Larenz Tate, David Lyons, Michael Raymond-James, Derek Philips, and Bre Blair, she has also appeared in various other productions, including The Vampire Diaries, Criminal Minds, Pitch Perfect 3, A Bad Mom's Christmas, Sleepy Hollow, The Originals, Eagleheart, X-Play, and Attack of the Show.
Her notable stunt credits include various walkers in AMC's The Walking Dead, receiving SAG Award Nominations for Best Stunt Ensemble in 2015 and 2016, as well as stunt acting roles in Megan Leavey, starring Kate Mara, and stunt doubling for Leslie Mann in The Pact, Rachel McAdams in Game Night, and Naomi Watts in Allegiant: Part 1.
Nikki has also stunt doubled for actresses such as Kate Hudson, Taryn Manning, Rachel Melvin, Candice King, Brooke Ann Smith, Ashley Tisdale, Kelley Jakle, and more.
In the theater, Nikki has performed on stages internationally and across the United States, touring with Broadway musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat for a year, and appearing at venues like the Hollywood Bowl, Shrine Auditorium, Mark Taper Forum, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Japan, cruise ships, and more.
During the holiday season, Nikki runs her successful caroling company, the Tinseltone Carolers, with long-time friend and business partner Joe Donohoe. With branches in Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, and soon Atlanta, the Tinseltones is a fast-growing small company with a big heart that puts over 70 singers to work each Christmastime, spreading holiday cheer at various venues.
In her free time, Nikki enjoys traveling, snow skiing, and water sports, being SCUBA certified, and practicing stand-up paddle board yoga. She is passionate about equal rights for all, particularly the LGBTQ community, as her biological father, author Alexus Sheppard, is transgender.
