Person Biography:
Nino Cimino, born in the Chicago area to Italian immigrants from Rome and Sicily, grew up working at his family's Italian restaurant. This early exposure to the culinary world likely influenced his later pursuits.
In his early twenties, Nino moved to Los Angeles to chase his dream of becoming an actor. He spent two years studying acting at the Promenade Playhouse under the guidance of Piero Dusa. Following his studies, Nino began auditioning, securing his first commercial audition with ease.
After establishing himself as an actor, Nino went on to co-found his own production company, Cimino Productions. This venture allowed him to write, produce, and act in a variety of projects. Nino has made a name for himself in the film industry, particularly for his roles as "Nick Romano" in the American Mobster movie franchise.
One of his notable works is the 2021 Holiday movie "A Wiseguy Christmas," which received a nomination for Best Picture Comedy at the Santa Clarita International Film Festival.
In his personal life, Nino is a devoted father to his daughter Marley, whom he co-parents with Marley's mother. The two share joint custody, with Marley spending half her time in Florida with her mother and half in Los Angeles with Nino.
It's clear that Nino is eager to share his passion for performing with his daughter, as Marley has already begun to showcase her own acting talents in a couple of films. Nino hopes to one day act alongside his daughter in a movie, allowing their bond to grow stronger through their shared love of the craft.
